  2. Reservations (reciprocal exchange) must be made at least one (1) month prior to the travel date & a minimum of 14 working days to response on the reservation status.
  3. Any cancellation or amendment must be made 14 working days prior to the travel date.
  4. No cancellation or amendment will be allowed for any confirmed booking which less than 14 working days.
  5. No reservations/ bookings are allowed if less than 14 working days.
  6. Utility charges will imposed upon arrival (applicable for certain resorts only).
  7. All reservation are subject to the resorts availability and occupancy will be vary from resort to resort (applicable for additional benefits and reciprocal exchange resorts)
