1. What is the Awana Vacation Timeshare ownership scheme?

The Timeshare Ownership is a “right to use” scheme and does not create any interest or ownership or proprietary right whatsoever in the assets or business or undertaking of the Operator. The Timeshare Ownership entitles the Timeshare Owner to use and occupy a Timeshare accommodation unit with the facilities available in the accommodation unit, if any, for the period of seven (7) nights in every twelve (12) months for as long as twenty five (25) years.
