Split Week
Flexibility
The Timeshare Owner is allowed to spend their holiday entitlement in
a period of seven (7) consecutive nights or to split and spend their
holiday entitlements in the following manner:-
i) 3 + 4 nights;
ii) 5 + 2 nights;
iii) 2 + 2 + 3 nights or 7 nights
The split week flexibility aforesaid is subject to the condition
that the Timeshare Owners are allowed to use only two (2) weekend
nights in every twelve (12) month period.

Transfer of
Ownership
All the Timeshare Ownerships are freely transferable subject to
terms and conditions as set out in the Timeshare Agreement being

No Repurchase by
the Operator
Awana Vacation shall not be obligated or required under any
circumstances whatsoever to repurchase the Timeshare Ownership at
the request of the Timeshare Owner due to the fact that the Minister
has granted the operator an exemption from the requirement for
Section 88 (1) (b) (iii) of the Companies Act 1965.

Timeshare Period
The duration of Timeshare shall be for a period of not less than
Twenty Five (25) years from the date of the respective Timeshare
Agreements.

Type of
Timeshare Ownership
Awana Timeshare Ownership Scheme offered the following types of
ownerships:-
Gold Owner
The Timeshare owners are entitled to a two (2) bedrooms unit in a
Holiday Resort set out in Part A of Appendix A (refer to Prospectus)
for seven (7) nights free accommodation in every twelve (12) months
period for the Term. It entitles a Timeshare Owner to a minimum of
four (4) persons and a maximum of six (6) persons usage of a
Timeshare Interval in such a Holiday Resort.
Silver Owner
The Timeshare owners are entitled to a two (2) bedrooms unit in a
Holiday Resort set out in Part B of Appendix A (refer to Prospectus)
for seven (7) nights free accommodation in every twelve (12) months
period for the Term. It entitles a Timeshare Owner to a minimum of
two (2) and a maximum of four (4) persons usage of a Timeshare
Interval in such a Holiday Resort.

Annual
Maintenance Fee
Timeshare Owners are required to pay an Annual Maintenance Fee to
the operator which will be used for the maintenance and up keep of
the Holiday Resorts.
