3. What should I do if I lost my cards?
Awana Vacation Membership Card

Notification should
be made thru Awana Vacation for card replacement.

Notification can be
made via email, faxes or call us at 03 - 2333 2118.

A fee will be
imposed for card replacement @ RM 10.00.

Payment should be made
via cash and kindly bank-in at Awana
Vacation Resorts Maybank account number 5143-5681-4010.
Genting Silver Card
-
Kindly walk-in to
any of the Genting WorldCard Centre for Genting Silver Card
replacement.

Notification also
can be made to Awana Vacation via email, faxes or call us at 03-
2333 2118.

Card replacement
fee will be imposed by Genting WorldCard Centre as below:-
- 1st time lost RM 10.00
- 2nd time lost RM 30.00
- 3rd time lost RM 50.00
- 4th time lost RM 100.00
- 5th time lost RM 200.00
- More than 5 times (GWC management reserves the right to suspend /
cancel the m/ship.
