Awana Vacation Resorts Development Bhd (AVRD) was incorporated in June 1997 and is the Group's timesharing operator and managing a Timeshare Ownership Scheme which provides and coordinates holiday accommodation at holiday resorts for its Timeshares Owners with a total 7 nights per year for the next 25 years.

The resorts offered directly under Awana Timeshare are Awana Genting, Ria Apartment at Genting Highlands and Angsana Apartments, Kijal Beach Resort in Terengganu.

AVRD members have a choice of 3,800 resorts over 85 countries worldwide through affiliations with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) exchanges.
